Underwriting accuracy

We aim to underwrite all policies correctly and take the utmost care to ensure accuracy.

The onus is however on you, as the Insured, to ensure that all items reflect on the policy schedule and to provide the correct sum insured.

Always check your policy schedule and advise of any amendments that may be required in writing.

Conflict of interest

We make every effort to ensure we act in your best interest at all times and in no way allow our own interests, potential or actual, to influence our objective performance and the delivery of unbiased and fair financial services to you.

We have no ownership, financial interest or relationship with any Insurer whereby a conflict of interest may arise.

We do not receive incentives which may jeopardise our independence and objectivity. We do not receive more than 30% of our remuneration from any one Insurer.

Claims and Roadside Assistance

All claims are to be reported within 30 days of incident.

Claims can be reported to our offices between 08h00 and 16h00 Monday to Friday.
